The Hutchinson Photography Club is, very simply, a group of people interested in photography. We meet once a month and also have field trips and shows.
When do you meet?
We meet the third Tuesday of the month from 7-9PM in the Hutchinson Public Library.
What do you do at meetings?
We share photos, have a speaker, or discuss upcoming events. Each month, we have an assignment for us to take pictures of for the month. For example, for October 2008 the assigment was “Orange”.
Do I need to bring anything?
Just yourself! You’re welcome to bring photos of that month’s assignment, other photos you’d like to share, and anything else that you find interesting or have questions about.
I don’t have a good camera, can I still join?
Sure, anyone interested in photography is welcome. Not everyone has a big fancy camera.
